What Is The CS Method? 

The CS Method is my method. A framework I created, lived, tested and proved through my own journey towards health, happiness and confidence. It’s the exact approach that helped me rediscover my sparkle, rebuild my confidence and completely transform my relationship with food, my body and take back control of my life.

 

Through sustainable strategies, a powerful mindset shift and a no-BS approach to health, I have turned my personal transformation into a method that’s here to support anyone and everyone. No matter your age, gender, experience or goals.

 

Whether you are just starting your journey, getting back on track or chasing your next level, this is a space where everyone is welcome. It's not about being perfect, it's about showing up for yourself and feeling supported every step of the way.  

 

I created this because I was in the exact same spiral, with full belief that there was no way out. My method will show you that there is a way and that way is lasting, sustainable and enjoyable. Your health journey should feel empowering, enjoyable and aligned with who you truly are and I’m here to guide you back to your best self.

Program Duration

The duration of my programs vary based on individual requirements and goals.

Both of my 1:1 Nutrition Coaching services are set in 8 week blocks, with different phases mapped out to get you lasting and sustainable results, change and education. After the first 8 week block, we can scaled back as needed. 

My CSM Membership program is a 'DIY' program and can be cancelled at anytime. 

What's the difference between 1:1 coaching and The CSM Membership? 

My 1:1 coaching is fully personalised to you and your goals, with direct support from me, weekly check - ins, custom plans and hands on accountability.

The CSM Membership is self guided, packed with tools, resources and recipes. This doesn't include personalised coaching or meal plans, giving you the opportunity to make your own program and track your own progress.

What's the difference between Premium & Foundation Nutrition Coaching?

Both of these services give you a personalised nutrition plan.

 

My 1:1 Premium Nutrition & Mindset Coaching includes mindset and habit coaching, as well as face to face check ins and consults (if you wish). This is my most personalised and hands on service, ideal for those who want full guidance and support. 

My 1:1 Foundation Nutrition Coaching does involve weekly check ins but they will be completed through a form instead of a face to face call or conversation. It doesn't involve any mindset or habit coaching and the same level of direct access and is mainly focused on nutrition and progress toward your goals. 

Can I also get a training plan? 

This is not currently something that I offer as a program, but I can provide general workout guidance, recommendations and tips.

Can I upgrade or switch programs later on? 

Yes! You can always upgrade, switch or even scale back your program depending on your progress, goals and support needs.

Can I cancel anytime?

​​For my 1:1 coaching services, there is an 8 week minimum commitment to give you time to see real progress. After the 8 week's, you can cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice. ​

The CSM Membership can be cancelled anytime through your account or by reaching out to me.

My Once Off plan has no ongoing commitment.
